RESERVATION PROCEDURE
Reservations are welcome by direct phone call to our special group reservations number at Paragon Casino Resort reservations office (800) 642-7777 and/or fax to (318) 240-6601.
Please refer to the 2024 Louisiana EMS Educational Conference and Expo, LAJ04GR, for reservations to be handled as efficiently as possible.
Our block of rooms at the reduced rate will be released on May 23, 2024.
The recommended check-in time is arrivals after 4:00 PM and checkout is at 11:00 AM. While every effort will be made to accommodate guests arriving before the check-in time, rooms may not be immediately available.
Reservation
Group Block Release Date
A credit card guarantee equal to the first night's charge for each accommodation is due with each reservation request on or before the reservation release date of May 23, 2024. The deposit becomes non-refundable if you do not arrive or cancel less than forty-eight (48) hours before arrival.

- A $15.00 Resort Fee will be assessed per room, per stay.
- A charge of $30 will be added for a third person sharing a double room. Children 17 years and under may share the same room with parents at no additional charge.
- Please note that these rates are subject to local taxes, currently 13%.
Guests will be asked to present a valid credit card upon arrival to provide them with charge privileges during their stay.
