2024 LOUISIANA EMS EDUCATIONAL CONFERENCE and EXPO
We are pleased to invite you to participate in the 2024 Louisiana EMS Education Conference and EXPO to be held June 4 to 8, 2024, at the Paragon Resort and Mari Conference Center in Marksville, LA.
Whether you sponsor, exhibit, or donate a door prize, it is through the support of organizations like yours that allow for the continuation of the preservation of the EMS system and access to emergency medical services throughout Louisiana, “Where Emergency Care Begins.”
One Mission - One Team is your opportunity to reach EMS professionals who take an initiative-taking role in their communities and practices. Participants of the conference are the decision makers — owners, presidents, medical directors, business managers, administrators, paramedics, and EMTs – who can use the technologies, ideas, and services you have to offer.
The Sponsor and Exhibit Area is designed to complement the conference’s professional meetings and programs by allowing attendees to see, hear, and examine the latest equipment, supplies, services, and programs your organization has to offer.

Sponsorship Opportunities
Your sponsorship at the 2024 One Mission - One Team conference helps to ensure an exceptional educational program and networking event.
Exhibitor Displays
Each 8 x 10 exhibit space will include a listing in all conference program materials, one six-foot skirted table, and two chairs with signage. Please communicate any special needs on the enclosed reservation form. The space assignments are based on receipt of the registration form and payment. The planning committee reserves the right to make assignments or reassignments, as necessary.
Hours: The Pre-conference EMS Workshops will be held June 4 and 5 and the main conference will continue June 6, 7, and 8. The exhibit hall opens at 10 am on June 5 and closes after networking activities, on June 7. The exhibit area is where all breaks, banquets, social activities, and door prize giveaways will be held.
Set-Up / Take Down: Exhibitor move-in can occur as early as 5 p.m. on June 4th. Take-down can begin after the last vendor break on the afternoon of June 7th.
Cost / Payment: The cost of exhibit space is $650 per booth. The exhibit fee covers the core conference registration for two (2) representatives and includes all educational sessions in the administrative tract, meals, and entertainment. Additional representatives may attend at the registration fee of $100.
Liability and Insurance: Every reasonable precaution will be taken to protect the exhibitor’s property. However, neither the planning committee nor its agents will have responsibility or liability for the exhibitor’s property, owned or rented, his person, or that of his employees or agents, from personal injury, theft, or any other causes. Exhibitors are advised to carry floater insurance to cover exhibit material and public liability.
